We all know you're RCs, otherwise you wouldn't be here. But what about your ships for other series or shows you read/watch? Here are mine (contains Series of Unfortunate Events spoilers if you haven't read the tenth book):
POTO: RaoulChristine and ErikMeg
A Series of Unfortunate Events: VioletQuigley, KlausIsadora, OlafEsme, my OC Victoria/Duncan, and of course, LemonyBeatrice
Well, those are all mine. Now, you tell your ships- I don't bite if I don't like them, I promise.

Well, I haven't read Series of Unfortunate Events, so I can't comment on that, Lotte As for me ... POTO: Raoul/Christine and at times, Erik/Giry. Although I consider the latter as more of a platonic relationship. Les Mis: ::waves Marius/Cosette banners:: I adore Marius/Cosette. Unfortunately, it's the R/C pairing of the Les Mis world. I know the quote in my sig distinctly hints at the more 'acceptable' Marius/Eponine, but I just love that quote. When I read that part in the book, I literally had tears just rolling down my face. (Psst, and Jehan/Me. I'm a total Jean Prouvaire fangirl.) Harry Potter: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny and Lupin/Tonks. I've been a shipper for them since Order of the Phoenix came out, and I felt incredibly special that they all came about, in one way or another

Well, I've just seen parts of the Les Mis movie, (I loved what I saw, btw ,) and I agree with you on Marius/Cosette. From what I've seen of the two, I do believe that whenever I see it on stage, I'll become a full-fledged Marius/Cosette shipper. And in the GoingToDisney-induced coma I was in in my first post, I forgot to add my Harry Potter ships...but they're the same exact thing as yours, Angel. Well, need to go pack for Disney! ;D

Hmmm... clearly we all know I'm totally RC otherwise I wouldn't have created this board... lol
As I have just freshly seen Moulin Rouge for the first time, I'm completely Satine/Christian. However, there is curiosity about Satine/Chocolat...
Of course, I'm clearly Tristan/Clara when it comes to my own story...
Anya/Dimitri (Anastasia), Eowyn/Aragorn (LOTR), Allie/Noah (Notebook), Harry/Hermione (Harry Potter), Emmy/Patrick, Angelina/Gerry (or rather, their characters in Tomb Raider 2), Mr. Darcy/Elizabeth (P&P... though I wish Mr. Wickham had not been such a scumbag...).
So basically... any true romances where the chemistry is almost tangible and the possibility is logical. A slight bit of lust, but mostly pure caring, trust, and playfulness.

Yay for Marius/Cosette shippers! ::hugs Lotte:: I actually haven't seen the movie - just read the book (coughBRICKcough) and seen the musical. I've heard that Eponine is practically non-existent in the movie, though ... do you know if this is true? (How could they not put Eponine in? ) Anyway. Back on topic. Em, total agreement on the Tristan/Clara But Satine/Chocolat ... that's one I never thought about ::ponders:: Sometimes I wonder about Nini/Duke, although I'm a bit dubious. And I forgot Lord of the Rings! I love Arwen/Aragorn and Eowyn/Faramir.

It's true, Angel- no Eponine in the movie. From most of what I've heard, she seems to be a favorite of a lot of people.
Of course, for Water in the Wine Glass, I too am Tristan/Clara ;D. Also, if we're allowed to do crossovers, I think that a slightly older (20, maybe) version of Ben Davidson (from the Felicity stories...she's one of the American Girl dolls) and Melanie Hamilton (from Gone With the Wind) would go together nicely. They're both quiet, but they can take charge if they need to, and they have a kind of strength and courage underneath their shyness.

It's true, Angel- no Eponine in the movie. From most of what I've heard, she seems to be a favorite of a lot of people. I mean, sure, she's ugly, obsessive, twisted, half-delusional, suicidal and arguably murderous - but you can't help feel sorry for the poor little thing. Seriously, if there was an award for the Most Cruelly Ironic Life, she'd win it hands down. Okay, I swear I'm back on topic. In honour of my above rant, I give you my latest favourite Les Mis pairing: Eponine/Montparnasse. Come on. The chemistry is so there. Pirates of the Caribbean: Will/Elizabeth (predictable, I know). And, as a favour to my friend, Jack/Her And another POTO one ... Phillippe/La Sorelli.

PotO: RC (duh), Philippe/La Sorelli, and, at times, Erik/Meg
Les Miserables: Marius/me. I am indifferent towards the whole Marius/'Ponine vs. Marius/Cosette thing, but I do love Marius.
Harry Potter: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, Lupin/Tonks, James/Lily.
Wicked (musical): Fiyero/me (again, indifferent towards the whole Elphie/Fiyero vs. Glinda/Fiyero thing, but I do love Fiyero), Nessarose/Boq.
Wicked (novel): Fiyero/me, G(a)linda/Avaric, Elphaba/Boq, Melena/Frex.

If I wasn't so strongly Marius/Cosette and willing to surrender him to her for the greater good, I'd fight you hard for the guy, eriksprotege! ::hides Jehan behind back:: More pairings from me! Sweeney Todd: Benjamin/Lucy and Anthony/Johanna. These guys just belong together. I mean, Anthony and Johanna are just two happy, silly people, so they can go off in their own little dream world and Benjamin and Lucy ... hello? However, I'm about to get complicated. Sweeney/Lucy? Hell, no. He was too messed up by then and she was just, well, insane. Nuh-uh. Would have worked for about an hour, tops. Jekyll & Hyde: Jekyll/Emma. That's it. Go tru luff! Sorry Lucy, but, well, Jekyll's taken and I'd say it's fairly obvious that you and Hyde aren't going to work out. And now I'm going to steal Em's idea and mention my pairings for my own story. If any of you are reading it (which I don't know, because nobody has commented ... hint, hint, link in signature ... ), you might want to be aware that some are spoiler-ish and come from my great author's all-knowing knowledge of what's to come .... Étienne/Suzette. All the way. It's the whole opposites attract thingy, I just ... they're so cute together! Madeleine/Claude. Okay, this one is an in my dreams thingy. If only she wasn't so idiotic and he didn't, well ... that's too spoiler-ish I am really torn between Jean/Geneviève and Olivier/Geneviève. Jean/Geneviève is my first choice for fairly obvious reasons, but if Jean wasn't in the picture, I reckon that Olivier and Geneviève could have had a really beautiful relationship. What disturbed me a bit was when a friend told me that she was getting Jean/Claude vibes and asked me if Étienne had some weird crush on Olivier. (Absolutely not on both counts.) Of course, she is the type who manages to find slashy undertones in anything ...

Aww, when I get the time, I'll definitely take a look at your story As for pairings? Oh geez. I'm afraid Man for All Seasons has grabbed hold of me, and HARD. I know it's history, but I can't help my thoughts! Alice and Norfolk would just be BRILLIANT together, were it not for Alice being married to Thomas More... whom I'm in love with... but, well, anyone who knows Tudorian history knows how that ends And these days? Ohhhh dear. I'm afraid I've become a little bit of a rabid Jack Sparrow and Elizabeth Swann shipper. It's my first nonsensical ship that still makes a heapload of sense! Anyone who's seen my youtube account knows very clearly that they're who I support, though I do have compassion for dear William.

I need to take a look at your story some time as well, Angel. It sounds great! Anyway, on the subject of Pirates 2, I must say I'm still completely Will/Elizabeth. I love the romantic-ness of it, and Jack and Elizabeth never seemed like they could have a romantic relationship that would last more than a week. I guess you could say that, to me, Jack/Elizabeth is kind of like Erik/Christine- it'd be fun for a few days, but then they'd probably clash way too much. (And I swear it's not because I want Jack for myself, either. Really. Honest. ) When it comes to Wicked, I tend to multiship. I'm both Fiyero/Galinda and Fiyero/Elphaba. Fiyero/Galinda for the sheer shallow amusement of it all, and Fiyero/Elphaba because of the deeper part of it. "It's not lying... it's looking at things another way." *melts* Also, a friend of mine introduced me to a...er, different, to say the least, Les Mis ship: Eponine/Enjolras. I honsetly don't know what to think of that one.

::hates this ship with a passion:: Ergh. The sad thing is that it's not uncommon at all in Les Mis fanfiction. I've lost count of how many 'Eponine doesn't die at the barricade, and the golden Apollo (why they can never just call him 'Enjolras' is beyond me ...) begins to see the hidden depths to this tragic, but beautiful streer urchin' summaries I've seen. For crying out loud. It would never work. Ever. For the very simple reason that he just does not get interested in women that way. Never has, never will. Savvy? But there are still scarier Les Mis ships. Try Eponine/Javert. Anyway, while on this fandom, I have to say that I think Valjean/Fantine is sweet. Rather unlikely, but sweet

Really, Angel? I wasn't aware how common Eponine/Enjolras is, but I don't really think it could work. Eponine is completely devoted to Marius, after all, and Enjolras just doesn't fall for women that way. If you must pair Enjolras up with someone, make it Patria. At least that's slightly plausible. (Oh, and on the subject of Les Mis, I'm actually a closet fan of Valjean/Fantine. It is incredibly sweet, isn't it?)
And please, please, please tell me you're joking about Eponine/Javert. Are people really that twisted?

Amen, Lotte. (You know that when dear Enjy starts talking about Patria he means France, not a woman, though ) I think people put Enjy and Eppie together because they pity her for not getting with Marius and try to give her a bit of romance with the biggest hottie of the story And no, I'm not joking about Eponine/Javert ::shudders:: Sorry. It scarred me for life. What was the weirdest Les Mis pairing ever for me, though, was Fantine/Enjolras. I kid you not. I stared at the computer screen for a good twenty minutes trying to figure out if it was mathematically possible.

OK, I feel stupid about the Patria thing now. *hits self on head with keyboard* I am fairly new to Les Mis, so that's my excuse. (But better to be corrected early, no?)
Anyway, I have a new favorite ship for the RENT fandom- Mark/Joanne. Yeah, probably impossible. But still- it has this aura of coolness to it. And some of the stuff I read balances it out wonderfully.
Oh, and Angel/Collins. I can't believe I haven't mentioned Angel/Collins yet. How sweet IS their relationship? "I'll Cover You" has got to be one of the best love songs. Ever. And the funeral scene...just amazingly loving.

Is this site dead-ish now? I only see one post per every three months or something. Anyway... Les Mis. I support Marius/Cosette, and I guess I think that Valjeaen/Fantine would be cute. Maybe. Hmmmmmm. I'm currently trying (and failing) to read that brick of a book... Eponine/Javert? Oh dear. I must say, though, Javert IS my favourite character and all that, but he just doesn't GO with anyone. At all. Especially not Javert/OFC. Oh, once I saw a Javert/Cosette fic - that one was just WEIRD.

I do hope that this site isn't going dead Wake up, everyone! The problem with the Les Mis fandom, I think, is that a lot of people love characters like Javert and Enjolras, so they want to write about them, but they don't really stop to think too hard about what the characters are actually like. It seems impossible to write a fanfic without at least some romance, so poor old Javert and Enjy end up in stupid pairings that make no canonical sense. Bummer that.

I haven't been on POTO.com for a rather long time either. I think I'm slowly going off POTO and onto Les Mis, partly because of all the anti-Raoul-ness on POTO and the lack of Raoul fanfiction.
Anyway.
I never read Enjolras fanfiction, but I don't really want to either. As for Javert (*fangirl sqee-ing*), there are very few good ones floating about. Although now I am leaning more towards Javert/Valjean when thinking of any pairings at all that makes a tiny bit of sense for him. Slash it may be, but I would rather read that than Cosette/Javert. (My friend and I made a whole silly list of how Javert is secretly in love with Valjean.)
