Due to the fact that it is very difficult to find good RC phanphiction, I thought it would be nice to have a thread where we could mention little treasures we have found. Awesome idea for a thread! To shamelessly plug myself, I've written an RC phic that's been claimed to keep all characters "wonderfully in-character". Perhaps you've come across it, perhaps not, but I'd be overjoyed if you checked it out Safe in his Arms www.fanfiction.net/~justnormal(thread moved to The Louvre, because it's technically user's works. Oh, shameless! If I wasn't just about to go to school, I'd read it now ... I'll check it out when I get home again! (That's fine, I totally understand. As a matter of fact, about thirty seconds after I posted the topic, I looked at my screen and thought 'Oh ... this should go in the Louvre, shouldn't it?' Great minds think alike ) EDIT: I just read your story, Simple Rose! It's really great - the plotline is original and your characterisation is spot on. Now you just need to update! (By the way, I'd love to go shopping with Raoul ... ) "Even she had her most sacred son with an angel, not her husband.EI love that line - although I'm a bit worried about the implications EDIT 2: Found another one! Okay, It's been ages since anyone's posted anything here and I've been reading this phic for a while and thought you guys might like it. I find that in most phics where Raoul and Erik have to work together against a common enemy, it becomes a bit unrealistic, but I like the way this author has written that aspect of the story. Wow, those are *very* nice phics listed... I never thought that something so well-written could exist in the phandom. Unfortunately, I don't have any to put on here... I became frightened of phics ever since 99% of them are E/C, for I never read phics... but now I will, of course... since now I know that R/C phics do exist.  |

Hey, wow! I've read so many of these! So many great phics...and I can't even finish one, I skip around too much with my writing. -_- First Love and Thoughts Lay Drowning are on my faves list on ff.net. (Under penname "Hikaru Hayashi", though I don't go on much any more...I haven't posted in almost a year, and I only read the updates for the stories I feel like reading...which are very few...)
